Group Business Developer

What you will do


  • Manage all phases of business development, from lead generation to negotiation with the costumer.
  • Analyze the market and generate new business opportunities by researching and developing relationships.
  • Turn prospects into real sales opportunities, navigating effectively within a cross-functional environment.
  • Work closely with vendors such as Salesforce, SAP, Adobe, building trusted partnerships and participating in national and international events.
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients to better understand their business and identify potential commercial development opportunities.
  • Plan and manage specific events on portfolio technologies with the aim of lead generation, networking and brand awareness.
  • You will be given qualitative objectives, including fostering collaboration with the team and other departments, participating in events and trade fairs, and more.
  • You will be assigned quantitative objectives related to sales.

Minimum requirements

  • Do you have at least 12 years experience selling consultancy services in the digital transformation sector?
  • Do you have a personal network of enterprise-level contacts you can activate?
  • Are you an empathetic, responsible and autonomous person who knows how to organize time efficiently?
  • Are you methodical in your organization and strongly goal-oriented?
  • Are you proactive in following clients and their needs, by listening and proposing new solutions to solve their problems?
  • Are you open to traveling within the territory?

  • Do you have specific experience in selling IT & Digital services or solutions?
  • Do you have an academic background ora a passion for IT and new technologies?
  • Are you familiar with the consulting environment?
